Health Consultation

Complete Health Consultation

An important goal of Ayurveda is to identify a persons unique prakriti and ideal state of balance, determine patterns of imbalance (vikriti), and offer interventions using suitable diet, herbs, aromatherapy, pancha-karma, massage treatments, music, yoga and meditation to reestablish inner balance and harmony.

During your Ayurvedic consultation, we will address your health concerns from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. Integrating the theoretical frameworks of Ayurveda and modern science, your session will focus as much on you as a unique individual who is facing a health challenge as on the health challenge itself.

  • Your Health is Our mission
  • Keeping you well
  • Enhancing life. Excelling in care

During a typical evaluation, your Ayurvedic Consultant takes a complete medical and lifestyle history and performs a physical evaluation that looks at the body both as a physical system as well as a field of intelligence reflecting the needs and choices of a persons life. Based upon this assessment, a personalized body/mind/spirit health enhancing prescription is formulated. This will include recommendations for diet, stress management, exercise, emotional healing, nutritional and herbal supplements, and sensory modulation.

Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine. It aims to preserve health and wellness by keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance and preventing disease rather than treating it. Ayurvedic medicine Ayurveda for short is one of the world's oldest holistic whole-body healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. Its based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease. But treatments may be geared toward specific health problems.
Thats why we collect all raw material from our own farm as well as different part of India. This selected raw material use in our Ayurvedic formulation which is more purest than others.

During any step of panchakarma therapy, traditional Ayurveda recommends certain lifestyle and diet guidelines.
